Built and led the creative organization during a period of exponential growth, contributing to a 10x expansion of the company.

Starting as the sole designer, I established and scaled the in-house creative team from 1 to 7 members, creating the structure, processes and strategic foundation for consistent brand communication across all touchpoints.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I co-defined brand and communication strategy in direct collaboration with C-Level. I held full responsibility for the company’s creative output, spanning product launches, campaigns, performance marketing, sales enablement and brand systems.

During this time, I led 7 major product launches, built and scaled new acquisition channels and content formats, introduced scalable production pipelines and governance structures to enable high-volume output without compromising brand consistency.

By aligning creative direction with growth strategy, the team supported rapid expansion while strengthening brand clarity and operational efficiency.

It has been one of the most intense and defining chapters of my career, both professionally and creatively.
