Over the past five years, I built and led the creative organization at a company that grew tenfold and I grew with it.
I joined as the sole designer and built the in-house team from scratch to seven people. That meant not just hiring, but creating the structure, culture and processes that allowed us to produce at scale without losing what made the brand feel like itself.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, I worked directly with C-Level to shape brand and communication strategy – translating business goals into creative direction that worked across product launches, campaigns, performance marketing, sales enablement and brand systems.
In five years, I led seven major product launches, opened new acquisition channels and content formats, and built the operational backbone that made high-volume output possible without compromising quality.
What I’m most proud of: the brand got clearer as the company got bigger. That doesn’t happen by accident.
It’s been the most defining chapter of my career – professionally and creatively.
